Our Story

Meet Steven and Monica — husband, wife, and the whole reason 100 Percent Tee Company exists.

We're California kids, born and raised, and out here "neighbor" basically means family. Growing up, our neighborhood was a mix of everyone — Latino, Persian, Russian, and more — and Sunday barbecues never really ended. Carne asada on the grill next door smelled better than anything on our own stove. Nobody had to invite anybody. You just showed up.

That's the California we actually grew up in. Not the postcard version — the one where the whole block smells like a dozen different countries before you even reach the end of it.

That's what shows up in our designs. The colors, the energy, the way a print hits different — none of it's an accident. It's us honoring the cultures and heritages that raised us, one shirt at a time.

Steven runs the business. Monica runs design. Together they built 100 Percent Tee to carry all of it — premium tees, hoodies, hats, and gear made to last, made the way this city actually looks and feels.
