Orders, Shipping, and Returns

When will I get my order? 

We understand you're excited to receive your new t-shirt! It typically takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping time varies based on your location:

  • USA: 5-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the location that can deliver it to you most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

For international orders, there’s a possibility that customs and tax fees might be applied by your local customs office. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office directly for more details, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have It. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your delivery address: Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address was correct.
  2. Contact your local post office: They may be holding the package for you.
  3. Check with Your Neighbors: The courier might have left the package with them.

If everything seems correct and the package still hasn’t arrived, please email info@100percenttee.com with your order number. We’ll help you out as soon as possible.

How are your products made?

We partner with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to you to ensure quick and efficient delivery.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to reach out to us: info@100percenttee.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?

We’re sorry if you received a wrong or damaged product. To resolve this quickly, please email info@100percenttee.com within a week of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We’ll work on a resolution as soon as possible.

What’s Your Return Policy?

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if something is wrong with your order, please reach out to info@100percenttee.com, and we’ll assist you.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact info@100percenttee.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll sort it out.

Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size or Color?

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. To ensure you get the right fit, check out our sizing charts available on every product page. If you believe you received a mislabeled item, please let us know at info@100percenttee.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
